Thank you for your interest in Debdab Travel , in this document you will find information about our
platform along with our Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions must be read prior to booking with us.
Debdab Travel reserves the right to change and modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior written notice. Any changes will not affect existing bookings unless stated.
Debdab Travel does not accept the use of the Platform for rate comparison.
The Debdab Travel Online Booking platform is to be used solely for individual bookings (up to 9pax). The system enables you to book single, double, triple or quadruple rooms. Economy,premium Economy, Business , First Class Flight Tickets. More than 20.000 Transfer Global.
The Hotel has the right to cancel bookings made for more than 9 pax from the same agent and similar dates and/or to modify rates and booking conditions.
We do not accept abuse of the system. The reservations are accepted from Debdab Travel. on the basis of Good Faith. Debdab Travel does not allow the holding of rooms or seats for reselling and reserves the right to cancel any bookings made for this purpose.
In accepting our Terms & conditions You accept financial responsibility for all transactions which you make, including liability for fraudulent bookings
If no log-in have been made in a period of 90 days , Debdab Travel reserves the right to disable logs Automatically and without any alert to the agent .
All of the information presented on the platform is exclusive for the use of Debdab travel cannot be copied, printed, or shared with a third party without authorisation from Debdab Travel.
All of the information on fare rules or on hotels are to give you a general idea about the Rule APPLICATION or abut the hotel . Debdab Travel cannot be held responsible in any way if the results are inaccurate or incomplete. Debdab Travel will ensure that all the information is up to date but cannot be held responsible for any errors which may arise. Your use of the Platform shows that you accept this limitation of liability.
Agent will be solely responsible for payment of bookings implemented through our platform .
On the time of creating account in Debdab Travel Platform the email that is provided will be used for all communications regarding bookings made through the Platform and therefore it is Agent responsibility to provide the correct email address
Any communication regarding bookings made through the platform will be done through the platform itself and a notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided in the platform and therefore it is Agent responsibility to check the Debdab Travel platform constantly for updates.
Agent must give accurate information for all passengers when placing a booking with Debdab Travel Platform .
If Agent do not book with the correct names, Debdab Travel reserves the right to cancel the booking and/or impose no show/cancellation on behalf of the hotel or the Airline.
Debdab Travel cannot guarantee the actual bedding type in the room or any special requests, such as a non-smoking room. Debdab Travel will forward such requests to the hotel but it will be subject to availability at the time of arrival.
The hotel star rating mentioned in our Platform is the one provided by the hotel itself and it is possible to change at any time. Debdab Travel will work to ensure that the star rating is correct but it is up to Agent to make sure the information is accurate as we cannot be held responsible.
Carriage and other services provided by the carrier are subject to conditions of carriage which are hereby incorporated by reference. These conditions may be obtained from the issuing carrier.
Late arrival: Debdab Travel should be informed if clients are arriving a day or more after the check-in date. We guarantee the Client’s room for the first night. Any arrivals after this time will be subject to availability.
Passport/Visa/Health : Please ensure that you have all the required travel documents for your entire journey - i.e. valid passport & necessary visas - and that you have had the recommended inoculations for your destination(s).
Visa: Debdab Travel can assist the client submitting a conformation letter, however we work on allotment basis and therefore at times hotels may not have the guest name in their system till few days prior arrival.
Reconfirmation of flights : Please reconfirm all flights at least 72 hours in advance direct with the airline concerned. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of your reservation and possible `no-show` charges.
Insurance : We strongly recommend that Agent take out travel insurance for the whole of journey to His Clients .
Hotel confirmation: Debdab Travel will provide Hotel Confirmation number upon request, only for reservation travelling within the next 30 .
Direct Charges: If Hotel charges the guest for the whole reservation and/or for services which are included in the reservation (such as breakfast, extra bed etc.), the client will need to submit the proof of the charges to Debdab Travel via our online Platform , in order to claim the refund.
All the prices displayed on the Debdab Travel platform are strictly confidential and must not be disclosed or used in negotiations with a hotel/supplier/airlines or third party.
Debdab Travel reserves the right to amend all rates quoted in the event of any changes in Government taxes.
Any such charges will affect new and existing bookings for passengers who have yet to stay at the hotel or utilise the service booked.
Please note that rates are as displayed on our booking platform at the time of booking.
Any alternative rates we quote will be advised in writing and are subject to availability and reconfirmation at the time of booking.
Any rates which are the result of an obvious error or omission will not be honoured but the booking may be retained at the correct rate if requested.
The rates displayed on the Debdab Travel platform are valid for leisure use only.
If the client of the agency is not travelling for leisure purposes and if it becomes known, Debdab Travel cannot be held responsible if the hotel charges at the rack rate or a higher rate than the one booked.
The hotel has the right to cancel the booking if the passenger is attending any conference, congress, convention, trade fair or any special event and if they consider that the agent is blocking rooms over one of these mentioned periods.
The rates displayed on the system do not include local, city or tourist taxes which are payable directly at the hotels. City tax information may be displayed on the remarks part of the voucher.
If you have questions about the city tax please contact our reservations team via the online booking messaging system.
The nationality (as shown on the passport held) of the passenger must be entered at the time of booking.
The rates and hotels displayed at the time of search are then relevant to the nationality of the passenger.
Any incorrect information provided by Agent at this time may result in the hotel not honouring the booking on arrival at the hotel and/or additional costs.
Debdab Travel will not be held responsible for any incorrect information entered and any additional costs arising from this.
Please note that on a rare occasion, the hotel may also enforce a residency restriction.
This will be reflected under the ‘Important Information’ section before confirming the booking.
Agent are urged to check this before proceeding with the booking as Debdab Travel cannot be held liable for any incorrect information.
In the event that any financial loss is incurred, it will be covered by the customer directly with the hotel or by the Agent to Debdab Travel.
Cancellations and Amendments
Unwanted reservations must be cancelled directly on the platform and the cancellation policy for each reservation can be found on the platform .
The acknowledgement in return will be the confirmation of cancellation via the messaging system or via XML.
Cancellations after the deadline will result in an invoice for the amount stated in the cancellation policy at the time of booking.
Agent or his customer are not allowed to cancel or amend directly with the hotel.
Any cancellations or amendments made directly with the hotel or Airline are not considered valid.
You should make all the cancellations or amendments and/or early check outs with Debdab Travel authorisation using the online messaging system.
During fair periods the cancellation terms may vary.
Please pay particular attention to these cases.
Any amendment is on request and is not guaranteed.
In some cases a decrease in the number of nights can increase the overall booking price (if there is a promotion in place, e.g. stay 3 nights and pay for 2 or stays including a particular day of the week).
Any kind of amendments may be considered as a new booking by the hotel/supplier therefore there may be a change in the daily rates. In this case, Debdab Travel will reflect the changes to Agent.
Re-fund well be done under the Agent request send to our Account Team via Email provide from Debdab Travel and it will ma tack several time ex of 45 days depending on the Service Supplier Times.
No Show and Early Check-Out
In the event of a no-show or early check-out, a charge of up to 100% of the entire cost of the Reservation may apply.
The amount can be anything up to 100% of the booking which will vary from hotel and supplier.
A Travel Agent with an established credit facility ("Credit") will be provided with access to our room allotments to receive instant confirmations.
To obtain Credit facilities, we would require a cash deposit or a bank guarantee (issued by an internationally recognized bank) or a letter of undertaking to be given to Debdab Travel to have a 30 days credit facility to the value of the deposit or bank guarantee.
The Travel Agent will be provided with a login ID, password and company code.
The Travel Agent has the responsibility of maintaining and monitoring the activities of all their users as the agent will be responsible for all bookings, payments and cancellation penalties incurred by all users.
A Travel Agent with a Credit Line will have access to view its credit limit and balance under "Accounts Ledger" after login.
If Credit payments are not made as detailed in the paragraph entitled "Credit" above or the Travel Agent's credit limit has been exceeded, the online platform facility will be automatically suspended.
To re-activate the account payment should be made or our finance department should be contacted.
As a prepayment/credit card client, payment has to be done BEFORE the cancellation deadline. If you intend to pay by bank transfer then money has to be in our account BEFORE the cancellation deadline.
If the money has not been received in our bank account by 17:00pm , the Debdab Travel online platform will automatically cancel the booking.
All bank charges and cost of transmitting payment must be borne by Agent , including intermediary bank charges where applied. Debdab Travel will only cover costs incurred by OUR bank.
A Travel Agent who does not have Credit facilities will not be provided with the online availability and will only be able to book only as "Room on request" provided the request is outside the cancellation deadline.
If the required hotel is available, a confirmation will be sent to the customer with a "Due Date for Payment".
The Travel Agent will be provided with a login ID, password and user name to make bookings on request.
The Travel Agent will be responsible for maintaining and monitoring the activities of all their users as the relevant Travel Agent will be responsible for all bookings, payments before due dates and cancellation penalties incurred by all users. Due Dates & Payments for Cash transaction Agent.
Emission of Hotel Vouchers
The system permits you to issue vouchers or Tickets relative to your reservation(s): they may be personalized with your company logo but all other details must remain unchanged from those issued automatically by the system, mentioning the suppliers’ name that will provide the payment for the room or The Carriers name . All payments for extras are to be collected from the passenger. In the event that Debdab Travel receives an invoice from the Hotel /Supplier with additional nights than originally booked with us, we will invoice you accordingly.
The descriptions of hotels contained on our platform are provided to us by Hotel and passed on by us in good faith.
We do not check or inspect the facilities or services.
We accept no liability for the accuracy of hotel descriptions or details nor do we accept liability for any loss incurred by a Travel Agent in relying on the descriptions.
Hotel maps in the platform are for information purposes only. For accurate information please refer to the address of the hotel in the voucher. For directions to get to the hotel and complete location information you are advised to contact the hotel directly.
In order to provide you the best available rate and an extensive hotel portfolio, Debdab Travel has access to different wholesalers, providers and hotel chains. On a rare occasion a hotel mapping issue may arise where the hotel displayed on the search stage is replaced by a different hotel at booking/confirmation stage. You must pay attention to the hotel booking page AND on the confirmation page to ensure you are booking the correct hotel.
It is Agent responsibility to check all the booking details (hotel name, hotel address, dates, room type etc) are correct before and after completing the booking.
Debdab Travel regrets that we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation where the performance of the system is disrupted or our obligations under this agreement are prevented or affected by ‘Force Majeure’.
Force Majeure means any event, which Debdab Travel or the supplier of the service, even with due care, could not foresee or avoid. Such events include, but are not limited to, war, threat of war, civil strife, extreme weather conditions, natural or man made ,pandemic as per covid-19 or more, disaster (and all similar events outside of our control).
At Debdab Travel, we are concerned about your privacy. This policy describes what, why and how we collect and use your personal data, how we protect it and how you can get in touch with us to send an email to our data privacy officer.
This policy covers the processing of personal data of clients and/or potential clients, suppliers and/or potential suppliers and candidates who wish to be future employees who access or transmit information through the Platform . Therefore, this policy provides information regarding the processing of data with respect to the different categories of data subjects previously indicated.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person (‘data subject’); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to a unique identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. Personal data will only be saved if it is necessary for providing the booked services, adhering to legal requirements or for purposes explained in the following paragraphs.
ANONYMISED DATA / LOG FILES / IP ADDRESS
You can visit and browse our platform without providing any personal data. However, certain anonymous data may be saved each time our website is visited, e.g. which page or which offer was called up. This data is not personal, however, and thus is not subject to the legal guidelines regarding data protection.
Personal data must however be provided if you make a reservation via our website, contact us, subscribe to our newsletter or use other services on our platform that require personal data to be given. This includes the management of your data in an account with a login function, amending existing bookings or orders.
In accordance with legal requirements, we will normally only collect data necessary for the service you require. If you provide any further information, this is always voluntary.
If a reservation is made or another service is booked, the data collected will be used to process this booking and for statistical purposes, all within the scope of legal requirements.
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we also store and use the data you provided about yourself and your reservations when booking or registering in order to give you optimum service as a newsletter subscriber.
TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
We will only transfer your personal data in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Your data will be transferred to our sub- contractors or other suppliers related to your booking (e.g. payment processors, IT service providers, support staff) if this is necessary for us to fulfil our contractual obligations and to provide you with the services you have booked.
Data will also be transferred to persons or companies in order to process your reservation or booking, particularly for bookings made via third-party service provider. The privacy provisions in the domicile of these persons and companies may differ from those at our location, but we will take reasonable steps to ensure the data we pass to them remains secure. Your data will also be disclosed and sent to third parties if we are obliged to do this by law or on orders of a competent authority. You have the right to receive a copy of your personal data which you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. You also have the right to transmit this data to another controller if you so wish.
STORAGE AND ERASURE OF DATA
Your personal data will be stored in accordance with the purposes listed under
"Purpose of collecting personal data". The data will be erased or blocked once the
purpose ceases to apply. Data may be stored according to the laws or other regulations
to which the controller is subject.
The parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Turkey , Libya,Tunisia all depends on which country the Agent have submit his contract and agreement .
